SuperLawyersDina Ninfo is a non-equity partner and heads the Workers’ Compensation division at Angelini, Mills, Wood & Ori. After an extraordinarily short time, Dina established herself as one of the most highly regarded worker’s compensation attorneys in the State of Illinois. She has tried numerous cases before the Commission and has obtained multiple six-figure and wage-differential awards for the injured workers. Dina provides the injured worker and his or her family with a sense of comfort and security that a highly skilled and passionate representative is on their side. Her practice includes other complex state and federal litigation in the areas of personal injury, civil rights and employment discrimination.

For multiple years Dina has been recognized as an Illinois “Rising Star” by her peers in Super Lawyers Magazine, a distinction reserved for the top 2.5% of Illinois lawyers who are under 40 or in practice ten years or less. Dina earned her law degree from The John Marshall Law School where she served on the executive board of The John Marshall Journal of Information and Technology Law. She earned a B.S. from John Carroll University.

Outside of her practice Dina is passionate about her involvement with community organizations. She is a dedicated member of the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois and currently holds an Officer position on the WBAI Board of Directors. Dina serves on multiple committees including the WBAI Community Outreach Committee and Legislative Committee. Dina sits on the Associate Board of WINGS Metro, an organization that provides a continuum of integrated services in an effort to end domestic violence. She also serves as a member of The John Marshall Law School Alumni Association Board of Directors. Additionally, Dina sits on the General Assembly of the Illinois State Bar Association.
